Request for the exemption of TOB

After the end of the period of opposition from creditors for the merger between Natraceutical and Laboratorio Reig Jofre, Reig Jofre Investments, sole shareholder of Laboratorio Reig Jofre, filed today the request to the Spanish Stock Exchange Commission for the exemption of TOB regarding the merger with Natraceutical.
