Founded in 1929 in Spain, Reig Jofré is a leading industrial group in the European pharmaceutical market. Family owned, it has more than 600 employees and strong growth over the last years.
The structure includes three divisions:
Industrial Services Division
The group is a leader in manufacturing and out-licensing of dossiers of generic products and variations of existing molecules globally. This activity is complemented with production services for third parties, specialising in sterile products for injection, freeze-dried products, and penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics. More than 165 client companies around the world have approved the quality of RJ services.
Pharma Division
Focussing on the Sales and Marketing of RJ products in the National market, under the brands Reig Jofré, Medea, Antibióticos Medea, Orravan and Sala. The Reig Jofré group specialises in the fields of Dermatology, Paediatrics, Women’s Care, Respiratory and Anti-infectious.
R&D and Regulatory Division
The scientific division is dedicated to identifying and developing projects and products that are relevant for the international and Spanish markets. Development includes all medical and analytical testing, appropriate clinical tests and the preparation of Regulatory documentation. The Regulatory Division is capable of presenting documentation to the Health authorities of almost any country in the world, and they are particularly experienced in Decentralised and Mutual recognition procedures in Europe.
