Reformulation of the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2015

In accordance with Law 24/1988, of July 28, relative to the regulation of the stock markets and related provisions, LABORATORIO REIG JOFRE SA («Reig Jofre» or «the Company»), informs that on May 18, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the reformulation of the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2015 of Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA, to correct the calculation basis of the proposed distribution of the results of the Company.
This does not imply any change in the results of the Company for the year 2015.
The new individual and consolidated accounts, together with the respective management reports, have been presented today through the electronic register of the Spanish Stock Exchange Commission (CNMV).
